    Default Central Michigan

Ill tell ya what i have tailed them once or twice this year and this team can put up points but do you all think they can beat them by more than 17??

I think Toledo will cover. They can pass the ball down the field and CMU's secondary is skeptical. I'm waiting to see the over as I think there will be a lot of scoring.

    Default And....

That should be the play. Over for me. Central Michigan can stomp them and reach the over with a couple Toledo scores. Or Both teams keep it close and the over hits. Both offenses are pretty good but Toledo's defense is horrible.

I am leaning towards Central Michigan on this one. Opelt (Toledo QB) has been banged up, and his backup Dantin may be hurt as well. Toledo's offense has not looked as impressive as earlier in the season, and Toledo also plays zero defense.

Central Michigan has looked consistently good against MAC teams, and LeFevour has been on fire this year.

Toledo has scored 24,24,20,26, and 37 pionts in the past 5 games. Toledo can score. It's a question of Central Michigan out pacing the scoring.

The 37 point outing was 5 weeks ago against a terrible Ball State team. The way you stated it in your post made it seem like they put up 37 points last week, which isn't the case and back then Toledo was healthy.

If you take out the Ohio State - Toledo game, Toledo was averaging 40.75 points a game during the first 5 weeks. The past 4 weeks however with a less than 100% Aaron Opelt, Toledo has been averaging 23.25 points a game... that's a 17.5 point difference there. I would definitely say that's significant difference from earlier on in the season.

However, even though Toledo has been scoring less I do agree that the over is a good play. Unless Toledo scores well below even what they're averaging the past 4 weeks, the score will probably go just over 60.5.

    Default point taken..

I guess i should of posted the scores the other way. And I do agree that they are not scoring as much as earlier. But relative to the competition I think they are scoring the same. Not scoring the same, but you get my point. And i appreciate your thoughts in the game.

Congrats to all that picked the over on this one. Central Mich -17 looks like good too, unless Toledo gets a bunch of garbage TDs...
