    I don't ever play halves, but if I took anything, it'd be the under. I think 28 is a bit much. Also would kind of like Hawaii +3, but not sure on that one.

    Idaho State is going to come out passing and could potentially make this a close game. Not saying the under isn't the play, but it's a scenario. They are better than they are playing right now...
