If I had to play this game I would play WMU as well.

Spread teams that are pass-based have given MSU defense problems this year. Weber and Minnesota, with their awful passing attack, threw for 400 yards on MSU last year.

State is still trying to establish and work on the run game. I think they will try to possess the clock and do that.

My only play is the under teased to 62.5, but if I had to play a side it would be WMU.

The fact that some players may know each other has absolutely nothing to do with the game. You can say that about every Pac 10 game involving USC or UCLA. The fact of the matter is that Western Michigan really sucks this year. Michigan State desperately needs a win to try and climb back into bowl contention. A loss here and Michigan State would be in big trouble getting to .500 for the season. They have already lost to Central Michigan. They will not lose this game. While 21 seems a bit high, I certainly would not take a bunch of losers and the points. A pass is the proper play here.
