Tulane beat Army by one point and, since then, have lost by no less than 3 touchdowns. I wouldn't bet a dime on that sorry squad.

UTEP will blow out Tulane there is no doubt about this. Tulane has been the worst team all year I have bet against them 7 times this year going 6-1 (Army game was a big fluke). Although they scored points against the weaker teams they have no defense to stop the other teams offense therefore lose by an average of 3 TDs. After what UTEP did against Houston and Tulsa I do not expect them to lose this game or look ahead to SMU.
