Any reason for Houston to be down to -1 against Tulsa, other than the fact that the game is in Tulsa? Both teams lost to UTEP, but that was Houston's only loss. Tulsa has lost 3 other games, the latest being a home loss to SMU. Tulsa has realy gotten it kicked out of them when they play against ggod teams like Oklahoma and Boise. I can not see any reason why anyone would play Tulsa in this spot. They are on a 3 game losing streak, and hae obiously quit on the season. Anyone see it any other way?

I dont understand this line at all. Tulsa did lose last week (if i'm correct), and is home, and playing a nationally ranked team. So you know they'll be up for this.

But Houston is better in ever aspect, and there is no way Tulsa's D will hang with Keenum and Houstons offense.

I'd take this if it was at HOU - 7. And I think that's where it should be.

IMO Houston is much better than Boise state. The Tulsa defense is strong against the run but weak against the pass. Houston will get their points and there is no way in hell that the Tulsa offense outscore them. I hate betting against my team but will pound Houston to the bank!!

QH I am as confused as anyone on this one. My program likes Houston and likes them big and normally I don't concern myself too much about some lines stuff but this one is keeping me away.

Not only would you expect the line to be higher but its still moving in favor of Houston even with 90% of the public on Houston. Smells funny. Still takin it though. Tulsa has failed my eye test twice.

I wonder if there is an injury that we should know about in this game. That is maybe why. That is the only thing that I can figure on this one. I am sure the books knows something on this game. I always say the bookie knows more than I do and when the line does make sense there is always a reason for it.

Could be that some people with a lot of money think for some reason that Tulsa will win.

I think that's a real solid bet. The Celtics w/Garnett are the best team in the league.......

They have an extremely solid offense and their defense is probably tops in the league. I don't see the 76ers sticking around in this one.

I'm with everyone else here. Thought Houston was a value at -2 and was going to hit it even harder when i saw it at -1 but this shift makes no sense. I've got friends at UH who are close to the program and they have no idea why this line is moving either.
Something obviously isn't right here, even with the +1 being inviting I'm with double and i'd lay off this game for now.

I'm personally leaning towards Vegas trying to **** with our heads. They realized this line started too low, and even if they raised it up to -6.5 or 7 people would still pound Houston, so they are trying to mess with everyone to get them to back off the game.....and it's probably working

If there was any issue with a possible fix or something then the line would be off the board.
