Does anyone see RLM on Miami vs Wake Forest

It would not qualify as true RLM as its only moving 1/2 pt. in the wrong direction from 7 to 6.5 (some sites are holding steady at 7) with the 65% on Miami..Bettracker is showing 89% on Miami. 1/2 point isn't enough to classify it as an RLM play.
