Default VT -15 RLM or trap?

Lines is moving towards NC with 52% of the public on VT.

Smartmoney is on NC or this is a trap because the books needs more action on NC?

Personally I'd go with VT in Blacksburg. Key to this game is VT turnovers, if they keep it to a minimum I don't see NC hanging with them for the whole game. Should be a similar game to the one last week between NC and FSU.

Big Carolina fan here. I couldn't take Carolina and 25.

My fellow Tar Heel fans want to string up number 8 but last time I checked it says Yates on his back, not Tarkenton.

They have a truly offensive line. The most offensive line I've ever seen. If they squared off against a defensive line picked from the women's soccer team Yates still wouldn't have time to find a receiver nor would the running backs have a hole to go through.

I apparently watched a different game last thursday than everyone else. From what I saw, Carolina had nothing to do with the big halftime lead and close final score. Florida State, a passing team that doesn't run the ball well, ran on nearly every offensive play in the first half and didn't move the ball. In a stroke of genius they decided to do what they do best, throw the ball in the second half. They were only able to complete 33 of 40 passes for the game, mostly in the second half. Why? Because UNC's pass defense was purchased from the guy that comes in at 4 am to bake the Dunkin" Donuts. When they really get aggressive they rush four while playing a passive zone and NEVER blitz. Their objective is to give the quarterback lots of time so they can try to run down the receivers after they catch the ball waaaaaaaay downfield.

Seriously, the offensive line problems are due to injuries and a short bench. They have a pretty good run defense but the pass defense is pretty much as I sarcastically described. what saves them sometimes is that as the other team gets closer to the goal it get harder to get open with so many men in the zone. If the game is honest, Taylor should eat Carolina up. Against the UNC team I've watched all year the Hokies could and should beat a 15.5 line before the half. I'm not, however, saying they will. With a money line of 750 but only a 15.5 point favorite, I think it's a sucker bet. I'm a dyed in the wool Carolina fan but I couldn't take 15.5 and hell will freeze over before I put up 750 to win 100. I can't play this game.

    Be careful and good luck.

"Because UNC's pass defense was purchased from the guy that comes in at 4 am to bake the Dunkin" Donuts." Line of the day.

I Agree. I think the books is trying to get more play on NC. They are playing at VT and it's a huge advantage to VT.

I am on VT for one bill.

I am thinking of the under also because I don't think NC will score more than 10. The thing that worries me is that VT have been prone to turn over the ball.

no... but its not what i would call a trap because you are laying more that 2 tds. get it down to 13.5 or take nc at 17.5 i cant stand when people book a bet at 15.5 either way. and yes nc scores 14+ tonight. thier d will put them in good position at least twice tonight.

You take the 15.5 because you think it'll will be a blowout. But hedging to 13.5 is a better play.

I wouldnt go under 43.5 and you think it will be 31-10 thats pushin it. A field goal and your over. I do like Va. Tk. to get it done though.

I have a feeling that this is one of those 24-17 type games.
