Default If you could bring two teams into the SEC, which ones?

My vote would be Clemson due to their defensive prowess and beautiful girls (both are SEC requirements).

My other choice would be Georgia Tech with their steamrolling coach who looks completely pissed if he's not winning by 40.

These teams make the SEC cut, just barely.

Why would GT come back to the conference that they left

There's too many teams as is and too many good teams to boot.

so Vandy wouldnt be the worst SEC team anymore

We'd have to get rid of two SEC schools to make this happen.

    Bye, Vandy and Kentucky.

There's always been talk of Southern Miss joining one day. Clemson would be the best fit, but they aren't leaving the ACC. There's not a North Carolina school in the SEC, from an academic and athletic standpoint it'd probably make sense to bring in NC State. Duke and UNC aren't leaving the ACC and ECU isn't going to cut it. If they ever expand, my guess would be Southern Miss and either Louisville or USF.

Florida State and Miami (Fla), tired of them staining the ACC with their presence.

Southern Miss? Haha You wouldn't even drop Vandy to bring in Southern Miss.
Drop Kentucky? Never, one word, Basketball.

You would most likely drop Miss St and another team, possibly Vandy or South Carolina but you would need better teams to join. Vandy brings up the overall academic rating of the SEC. You have to look at the overall body of what the incoming school would bring.
FSU would be a perfect fit especially with distance being a big factor and they are good in the 3 major sports year in and year out.

I don't see a change anytime soon, but the last team would be Southern Miss...just simply laughable.

You wouldn't drop anyone. I'm just telling you what the talk is and Southern Miss has always come up in expansion talk. No ACC team is going anywhere. The team would have to come from the Big East or CUSA...which is why it won't happen anytime remotely soon.

Remember when Miami, FL joined the ACC and were supposed to dominate the conference?

It's not what you were asking but personally I would rather just see a Super Conference instead.
    Florida
    Alabama
    LSU
Georgia not this years team just in general
    Texas
    Oklahoma
    USC
    Oregon or California
    Ohio State
    Iowa or Wisconsin
    Boise St
    TCU or Utah
    Miami
    Virginia Tech

    14 teams 2 conferences
Not practical but would make every Saturday nut worthy for game quality.
