Clemson never ever wins the big game. I think Miami coaching (M.Wipple offensive coord) will pick apart Clemson's defense. I think I'm going to make a small wager on this game, with the Hurricanes.

I have other games that are stronger

please, who has clemson played? They looked like garbage against Maryland, you know the same maryland team that lost to that high school team we call middle tennessee state. Miami is probably the most battle tested team in the country. If it wasnt for the monsoon in blacksburg they could very easily be 6-0. I would play this if it wasnt for the severe reverse line movement.

Miami FL wins tomorrow. Clemson is way overrated especially on the road.

This is an interesting matchup. Miami has had problems protecting Jacory Harris in recent weeks (12 sacks in the last 3 games, including 6 LW against UCF) Da'Quan Bowers and Ricky Sapp is as good a pass rushing pair of DE's as there is in college football. Also, Clemson has a very opportunistic secondary, particularly the Safety McDaniel. This is a very dangerous game for Miami, and Clemson has the type of gamebreakers on offense that could help in pulling off the upset. The inconsistency of Kyle Parker has held Clemson back, but that kid has an NFL arm and can challenge Miami's questionable CB's deep. I can't wait to watch this one, it's going to be a good one.

All I gotta say is that I agree with Ralphie, they will be playing man coverage against the best core of receivers in the ACC (Miami). Whipple will torch them for his as they wont have corners to match up with Travis Benjamin (Sub 4.3 40), a nasty Laron Byrd (6-4) and Leonard Hankerson (Studly year), a 6-6 Tommy Streeter, oh yea and great TE's in 6-8 Jimmy Graham and Dedrick Epps. Whipple will literally dump, screen and play action our way to a total killing of the spread.....It's too bad that I never bet my team cuz I'm liking the canes chances to easily cover and IMO hit the over of 43

Teams tend to show up when they are playing ranked opponents so I'm all over Clemson and the points on this one

Completely agree with ralphie also. RLM scares the hell out of me. UM is a flat out better team that knows how to wins close games. Parker makes huge int mistakes on the road as you'd expect from an average qb his first year starting. UM wins 28-24

    yeah , I agree

a lot of people out last year

I have to admit I have been back and fourth with this pick

But as a boost of confidence every time I start sliding the other way , I try to tell myself that clemson lost to maryland

best of luck , but your way off here

Clemson could lose the cover in OT

If Miami doesn't get the ball first in OT, there's no way they can cover -4

worst thing that could have happened to clemson backers is OT. need to hope they still hold on and get the ball first or hold miami to a FG

    What are you talking about..

i said get the ball first because really only chance Clemson wasnt covering in OT was if Miami got the ball first and scored a 7, and then clemson would go for it on all 4th downs and if they get stopped miami wins by 7.

very tough to not cover 4.5 in ot if you have the ball first. would have to get stopped with 0, and have miami break off a TD of over 15-20 yards
