I'm gonna cheat due to time constraints.

Fresno St is the best of this group.
Illinois is the biggest disappointment so they earn the bottom spot.
All others can be argued for decending order.

Easy. Fresno State is the best. FIU is the worst. The rest are somewheres in between.

Fresno is going to hold New Mexico St to less than 14.5 points that I got today. I would see 14 at the most. NMSU offense is horrid and one of their best RB's was dismissed last week.
