Default Michigan can beat a good Penn St.

This is a must win for Dick Rod and you will see Michigan playing to win. Michigan is two bad throws away from being undefeated and had a good chance to beat MI St got picked in OT, and got picked on the last drive to beat Iowa. They had a good chemistry game last week against Delaware St. and their D was looking lightning fast all game. Michigan can score points even on Penn St.. Penn St. has gotten better through the year but they will have to pass on Michigan's secondary to win. I think Michigan will jump out to an early lead which in turn will rattle Penn St. and cause them to make bad plays, penalties, and turnovers. In The BIG HOUSE. I'll take Michigan with 4.5. I also like over 47.5 on this one. What do you guys think?

No offense man, but Michigan is also just a few plays away from being 3-4 as well.

The Notre Dame and Indiana games went to the wire, and you can play the same game with those two as you did with MSU and Iowa.

Best of luck to you, I think your Wolves are going to need it.

your right they could be 3-4 but even if they were 3-4 they would still be able to beat Penn St. They do have O and they are finally healthy, Molk back at center Minor and Brown ready to pound the ball. Iam not posting this because I grew up in Detroit and watched Michigan football my whole life. Iam a realist and I want to make money. I Had MI. St. to beat Michigan in East Lansing 3 weeks ago, I had Michigan with the points against Iowa 2 weeks ago, and last week I thought Delaware St. would score on Michigan so I stayed away from the spread and played over 49 points. GO BLUE and good luck to all!

    Michigan / Penn State

although Penn state s not an official Pick of ours as of yet/

although i have score in the Michigan /Iowa game 20-14 half time and 23-21 end of third quarter for Iowa
so they pretty much led the entire game

Iowa Scoring 30 Points should be a flag enough to scare you off Michigan

    Here are our notes

    Iowa statistically
Iowa isnt offensively strong averaging nearer the bottom of the field

Went in with a great defensive squad ranking 22nd in total yards given up , 53rd in rushing yards allowed and 16th over all In passing yards allowed ,

    Penn State enters
with a much stronger Defensive squad ranking 5th in total yards allowed , 6th in rushing yards allowed and 14th overall passing yards allowed

    Penn State
Enters with a much stronger offense squad than Iowas Statistically speaking ,

In fact going back the last three games Not counting Delaware state
    Penn has been allowed

    MINNESOTA

    464 total yards allowed ,
    177 Yards rushing ,
    287 passing

    ILLINOIS

    513 net yards
    338 yards rushing
    175 passing

    Iowa
    307 total net yards
    109 rushing
    198 passing

    IOWA / MICHIGAN in comparrison
    Michigan was allowed
    319 total net yards
    195 rushing yards
    124 passing yards

    ,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,

Michigan brings in the 8th best rushing defense in the nation
but factor in that only 38 yards rushing and 48 yards rushing was only allowed to Western Michigan and Eastern Michigan
that being said would Bring that national ranking down a bit further

    ........................................ .....
I mentioned previously that Iowa led Michigan the entire game and was able to put up 30 points against Michigan

what I havent mentioned is that little reminder
that Penn State lead Iowa going into the 4th quarter 10-5

giving up a blocked punt for a touch down and 4 turn overs

Here I see a Great defense with a pretty good offense against a Great offense with a below average defense

34--33--30---26 are the scores against Michigan
    ND_IND_IOW_MCH ST

    (0) zero the times Penn state allowed 18 or more points
I like Penn state to score points here
    they are certainly capable

I havent posted Penn As my pick as of yet , So I want post it here but its clear cut where I seem to be leaning

Penn State has been doing well for me, no reason to stop taking them now.

I dont know how that can be correct when Iowa scored 21 , but sounded good anyway
I know what I did there , just looked at penns score and factored it sorry ,
So once they allowed 21 ,

But sorry to add this already long para-phrase

Looking at the Highlights on youtube in that game
Everyones wearing rain Jackets , and Penn Looked great in the first Quarter scoring on the very first play and Drove well on em

the second drive resulting in a field goal , I cant remember it well
But it must of rained cats and dogs after that

If that has merit , I really like the penn playing in good weather conditions ,

I will be on Michigan +4.5. Who has Penn State beat that is any good? If the little fella Tate can go over 10 minutes without getting hurt or knocked out of the game, I give Michigan a good chance to cover and even win this game. Penn State has played one good team this year, Iowa, and was blown out in the 4th quarter. I think the weather (rain) could hurt Michigan as they are going to spread the Joe Pa's squad out and make them play in space. Michigan's run defense is the key to the entire game to me.

You are dealing with Big 10 teams, and on a national level none, except Iowa, can be considered anything but average or worse. The Big 10 is nowheres close to competing with the SEC, Pac 10 or Big 12. So when you talk about good and bad Big 10 teams, you are not talking about a lot of difference.

I can see a very close game here, and to give anyone and more than 3 points is very dangerous. The game is a pass for me, but the over should be a consideration for those of you interested in the game.
