No...I expect to see a bunch of Miners drowning by the 3rd quarter. Their secondary is garbage. And...what is Tulsa's bread and butter? Slinging the rock. Tulsa is my play. Got it at -7.

Tulsa has gotten a "Moral Victory", by staying close with Boise State, a top 5 team. They are an offensive powerhouse. Don't pile on them for not covering against Rice on the road. They had Boise State coming up next, and were not as focused as I think they will be for the rest of the season. They need to win out for a bowl game.
Like most schools who are in states that border TX, much of Tulsa's, roster are TX natives. They will play hard and roll.

UTEP... well let me say this.. They scored a whopping 7 pts against Kansas while @ home. Kansas has allowed an avg of 29pts since that time, this all against mediocre comp. UTEP has been out-rushed in every game this season, save the Houston debacle. UTEP allows teams to sustain long time consuming drives.

Wait a minute... are you saying Houston has some Shut-Down D? Houston off beating TX Tech, in a letdown spot, on the road, against a foe who has been garbage for some time now(Overlooking). That's some situational perspective for you, now here is the truth. Houston's run D doesn't exist. It is a hologram. An undersized hologram at that.
Houston is the only team that UTEP has out-rushed this season. Every team Houston has faced has out-rushed them. So UTEP did nothing spectacular. Their coach attacked Houston's glaring flaw. Mike Price, UTEP's coach, is a very good coach to me. Although he will be at a speed, talent, and size disadvantage this game. So his scheme will be irrelevant. No matter how he decides to attack Tulsa.
I just gave you situational, and the fact based perspective. "ARE NOT YOU ENTERTAINED!"
