I'm confused. Why did the line start at Iowa (-1) and now sits at (+3) with 65% of the bets going for Iowa? Not quite enough bets on the game yet but looks like it could be a RLM by Saturday.

Because Iowa had no business being favored on the road to a wisconsin team who has lost one game on the season and it was on the road to ohio state when they beat themselves
