When games have such small Spreads the winner will either cover the spread or the dog will win outright. Do your capping, pick the winning team and ignore the spread. How many games this season have been decided by less than 4 points with the dog covering a spread less than 6 points? Not many if any at all.

Dr. Bob almost always moves the line. Just check the lines between 5:45 and 6:00 ET on Thursday evenings.

To answer the original question in the thread title, the answer is Dr. Bob on a weeknight game.

He has 2* best bet at -3-120 or better and a strong op. up to -4. Some other movers (bw?, edward?, etc...)must have really liked it also because his plays don't move that much anymore and the market usually rejects them bouncing them back to near his line.
