To take UL monroe pick em or -2 has NO value in it. The original line is -2 so now you are taking them -18? The rain has stopped, anything is possible, arkansas could wind up losing by 2 touchdowns and covering the 2nd half. I understand why you would want monroe but I dont think its a slam dunk.
