Oklahoma looked like crap against a very weak Baylor team. Their receivers dropped a bunch of passes, Bradford barely moved out of the pocket, and the defense was atypical of an Oklahoma team.
Texas hasn't looked like Texas, but even at that they should beat the Sooners easily. And the Horns will have last year in the back of their minds and won't give OK a shot to ruin their title hopes again. (yeah, I know Texas beat them but OK got the BCS bowl bid instead)

Texas hasn't looked great, but Oklahoma has been flat-out horrible!!! I don't see how anyone can back the Sooners here.
