Apparently the public has favored the over all week starting at 54 yet the total has constantly dropped and it is now at around 50. Does anyone else see this? Does this mean under is the play?

the under is the play...not neccessarily because of the rain. But because Missiouri will put up < or = to 20 on the Nebraska D
