Risky. I like TCU and Wisconsin should cover 23.5, but you never know when going up against a top team. And Arizona has just owned Washington in recent years.
I'd also consider:
Connecticut +14
Kansas State +23
Oklahoma -20
Rice +17.5

I like it. If you use Bookmaker the 2 Team/6 Point CFB teasers pay even money.
