I am liking the Ole Miss play. The line opens at Ole Miss +5.5 and has only moved to +6 with a huge 83% of the public on Alabama. The line and lack of movement doesn't make sense to me with the way Alabama has been playing. Old case of somebody knows something and I am going with that somebody. McCluster is one of the best players in the nation IMO, he is so damn fast.

I am also liking the Navy play. Rice is 0-5 against the spread so far and is ranked 87th against the run even though they haven't really played any team that has a great running game like Navy. The line movement does worry me though as 71% of the public is on navy yet the line has dropped from Navy -13 to Navy -11.5, heavy RLM. I wouldn't put a big play on Navy with the line movement.

Washington State sucks. ASU opens at -17.5 and quickly goes to -21. That is huge line movement and need not be ignored. I'd just autofade WSU every week.

LSU is a SU and ATS loss this week minus anything, I tried my best to convince you otherwise on this one. GL to you this week.

LSU is a solid bet! Everyone who follows the SEC closely from Georgia to even South Carolina has told me LSU +9 is a gift. You guys are looking to deep into Florida. They are struggling and they are no were near the team they were hyped to be. Example of that is the Tennessee game. They were suppsoe to blow Tenny out but Meyer just dont have the firepower to do so. No Harvin and Murphy on that offense no more. They took 5 steps back as an offense when they left.

This will be a field goal game.

Also you have to factor the Chavis factor, he knows Florida inside and out, from playing them every year at Tennessee. This will be a defensive game with Florida defense and LSU defense dominating!

Brandon James, Jeffrey Demps, and Chris Rainey are going to make big plays for UF. All together in last years game the three running backs averaged 9 YPC against LSU. Brandon James also averaged about 26 yards per return in that game too. LSU isn't even in the top 40 in rushing defense and they have not seen a team with this caliber of running backs.

Please man why is we bringing up last year.Of course it was easier to run the ball last year when you had wr's like Murphy and Harvin people had to respect. With those caliber players you have to spread the field and that opens the run game. Now you can load the box with 8 people like Tennessee did to contain Florida run. Trust me comparing last year Florida team and this year Florida team is like comparing apples and oranges.

Also, go to a look at that box score in the Tenn-UF game. The 3 RB's averaged 8PYC against that Tenn stacked front. LSU can stack the box all they want, these running backs from UF are special and will still make big plays.

Jones at the end of the day Florida only scored 23 points. Thats all that matter. Now what I can tell you is LSU defense is going through a lot of changes. They have all new coaches on defense and they have a whole new scheme to adjust to. If you look at game to game LSU defense is improving. They held a good Georgia offense to no touchdowns the whole 1st half. If Florida defense had all new coaches they to would have set backs. It's the nature of the game. LSU
has the Bears old Dline coach, they have Ron Cooper secondary coach from South Carolina, and a whole new D cordinator in Chavis from Tennessee.

Ill back you up again ZBOIZ...9 points is too many to give to a team playing a night game in Death Valley. I don't care if they're Florida! Did anyone think 72.5 was the right line against Charleston Southern or 32 against Tennessee? Florida covered spreads when they were undervalued last year (they started last year ranked 6, right??). This year they're wayyyy overvalued on a weekly basis. People think Tebow can turn water into wine and I think the fact he's injured and the team has had to prep for 2 different offensive game plans neutralizes Meyer's advantage in having 2 weeks to prepare. As ive said in other threads, I think its a field goal game with UF eaking out the win. We shall see though!

LSU +9 over Florida

Saturday Night will be by far the most anticipated game of the week. LSU and Florida by far the most dominate programs this decade will be squaring off again. But in this game I love my Tigers. People may say I love them because I'm a homer but I have to beg the differ on this case. 9 is simply to much points for a Florida team to be laying in this spot. Florida to me has the 2nd best defense in the SEC and they are a physical bunch of guys. They play fast and they have great athletes to compete in the SEC! But Saturday night you can throw the records out the window simply because emotions will be carrying both sides. This is a huge game for these kids and they will bring it on every play. LSU on the offensive side of the ball this year has been struggling. No one knows why, it's just like your missing a piece to the puzzle. Well Saturday in the 1st half the offense played well but could'nt punch it in the endzone. They drove to the redzone 3 times but could'nt score. If they would have scored everytime in the redzone it would have been 21-0 at the half! But I do think this offense will get it together. Now LSU on the defensive side of the ball has bad stats and national rankings but if you dont look at LSU from game to game than those stats can be misleading. The reason LSU defense is getting better from game to game is because they have a whole new defensive staff of coaches. They have a whole new scheme to learn that is totally different from what they were playing last year and the years past. But when you look at Florida offense they to has not looked great this year, they have struugled a great deal at the WR position and Meyer needs that position to open his zone read pachage with the QB! Thats why Tennessee was able to stop Florida because they loaded the box due to the lack of respect to Florida WR! If Brantley starts who I think will start LAWD HELP THE KID! His first start in Tiger stadium is not the perfect place to start a game. How will Brantley respond to 97,000 plus in his ears ? How will he be able to call his audibles? How will he be able to handle the silent count ? Because he wont be able to hear himself Saturday night. I like LSU chances Saturday night BIG time. I do believe they will pull off this upset. Guys I'm going with LSU +9!

Ole Miss +6.5 over Bama

This is a BIG TIME SEC West matchup! Ole Miss and Bama who is two teams that matches up well will be going at it. This will be the best defense Bama played since they played V.TECH, but the difference is Bama will be on the road. Both teams is very physical up front. What you will see Saturday from a Ole Miss defense is a lot of blitzes and a physical front four. Ole Miss likes to send a lot of middle blitzes and force the QB to throw quick passes with linebakers directly in his face. I think Mccelroy will have to make plays with his feet and the kid is not that type of QB. Thats what people have to look at. Now Ole Miss on the offensive side of the ball will also have to play a nice game because Bama defense themselves will be sending a lot of blitzes. But I like Ole Miss offense in the blitzing situation better. One reason is because they have a beast of a screen option and thats Dexter McCluster. Bama will have to watch there blitz schemes because I believe Ole Miss will try to neutralize Mccluster in space while Bama is sending the blitz. Also Julio Jones is struggling this year with only 9 catches. Will he get a lot of catches Saturday? Thats a good questuon because Bama will need him to win this game. I like Ole Miss +6.5 and I would'nt be suprise if they also pull the upset!

Arizona St -19 over Washington St

Plain and simple Washington St. is terrible. They will be going up against a tough defense Saturday in Arizona St. The question will be will Arizona St. team get up for this game? I think they do simply because they know these are the type of games they have to win because the PAC 10 road for them is not easy. Every matchup on the football field favors Arizona St., and I just think this line is a touchdown off.

Navy -11.5 over Rice

Will Rice defense be discipline enough to stop the option attack ? Rice has a undiscipline defense and this isn't the offense you need to go up against if your not solid with your assignments. I like Navy in this game with Rice 80th+ rank rush defense. Also I think Rice offense will not be as productive in this game to keep up. I can see Navy putting up 35+ points, wearing Rice defense down at the end! Navy -11.5 is my play gentleman!
