    Penn State loses by double digits to Iowa.

    Both team have identical records.

    Penn State is ranked 13th.
    Iowa is ranked 17th.

    Yeah that's ridiculous. Plus Iowa has won, what 8 games in a row dating back to last year and in that time span Penn St. has lost to them twice...unreal.

    Miami is still in the top 25, ahead of a Nebraska team that basically beat VT except on the final play of the game, whereas Miami got mopped up by VT

    No they don't have identical records, Iowa 4-0; Penn St 3-1.
