At betphoenix right now, you can get either:
Washington +8 for +100
Stanford -8 for -110

OR

Washington +4.5 for -115
Stanford -4.5 for -105

I just don't understand why you would ever just essentially GIVE away 3.5 points for that little juice! And what in the world would be the benefit of taking washington -4.5 at that price? Do that many people just not pay attention? What am I missing here?

Consequently, they have different moneylines available (+190/-230 and +245/-290). WTF?

Yeah as IntuEdge pointed out that is the 1h line. They list the 1h/2h lines at the bottom after full game lines.
