Delaware -23 Against Delaware St.

Delaware has one of the best FCS defenses and should have won last week against #1 Richmond (blocked 23yd fg with 30 seconds left). In come the Hornets of the MEAC conferenence, who are on par with an upper-level Division 2 team. Look for Delaware qb Pat Devlin (Penn St. transfer) to abuse this secondary and the defense will allow no more than 7 points. Delaware beat a decent D2 team first week (West Chester 35-0 ) but that score is deceiving since it was 35-0 with 8 min. left in 3rd quarter and Delaware pulled the starters. Look for more of the same agianst a hapless Delaware St squad.
