Does anyone track line movements and make a play based on the movement? For example, public hammered Colorado tonight, yet the line didnt move much in their favor. That makes me think the book expected Toledo to win.... no?

It is something to consider, but some books are more prone to move, others aren't.

It takes a lot of action to move the line. From what I could tell it was fairly balanced action on Colorado/Toledo. (55%/45%).
