I REALLY like that BYU game. Tulsa one looks good, too.

South Carolina +8.5 vs. UGA is interesting. On one hand, I dont think UGA can score enough to cover 9 points. They only put up 10 points against an average OK State D. BUT, I think the UGA D could force Carolina into some mistakes on offense and get points off turnovers - which are hard to predict, but seem to be ample in games like these.

In these types of SEC matchups the defense is the key. And South Carolina has very tough defense. People should have seen that Thuirsday night. There D line and secondary is physical. Georgia on the other hand really is a good football team I think they will be better later in the year. I expect Georgia to win but squeak it out.

I'm also waiting on the total in this game.

And yes BYU and Tulsa are good bets but I have to look into the Tulsa one more. But the BYU line is way off. The bookmakers are dead wrong on this one. I was looking for a 28 to 31 spread.

Strongly dissagree. That doesnt apply when your talking about the USC program and with a team that will bring 6 deep at back and pound the ball down the throat of state. Thats a terrible reason not to play USC

Cougar, I dont want to lay the 4.5 with N.D on the road this early. They looked solid at home but I would love to see them on the road at the big house.

I dont like Syracuse at Penn St. I think Penn St will drill them I might make that play a lean. Paulus played well against Minnesota but he will see a whole new ball game come Saturday. Penn st is much faster than Minnesota. I think Syracuse gets abused in this one. This may be a 1st quarter play.

Purdue could be solid. But I would like to see Oregon offense one more time before I judge them.

I dont know to much about the Toledo and Colorado game.

Also Nebraska is not playing UCLA, but I do not like Nebraska it can very well hit.

Thats not the only reason why I'm not playing USC. This game is a unkown. Ohio State did'nt play well Saturday but please dont look at a San Jose St. victory and say this USC team will put Ohio St. in the ground. Ohio St. is at home for one. Thats major in college football when two premier universities are going at it. And yes you do have USC with a freshman QB laying 6 at Ohio St. Now you can look at college football with a 1 week mindset but you will lose money thinking that way. You cant look at a game and say they played well last week so they will blow them out the next week. It dont work like that.

Yeah, I don't know what I was looking at Nebraska plays Arkansas St. I have been thinking a bit more about these and you make some good points...I don't think I'll be pulling the trigger on half of them-just getting some more opinions before I narrow it down. There are some others I am looking at too. Kansas, North Texas, and Tulsa are among them.

I havent looked at the week 2 lines yet. Its only monday. Im just saying if they have problems with Washington they are in for a tough season. Washington ran all over them.
