TULSA vs TULANE

Does anyone have any insight on this one? Im leaning on TULSA -14 mainly because of their strong offense, but i am timid due to the QB situation. Anyone have any worthwhile info? thanks.

It is basically a new offense. Their stud QB is gone, sorry can't remember name. I do think they get most of the D back. There is a thread about the under. 64 may be too many points.
