Florida hung 51 on LSU last year, not sure why this year will be any different.
This is one of those "ZBOIZ" threads that ya just gotta love.
A few weeks back he creates a post proclaiming USC will lose 3 games because of their lack of experience at QB.
Now he creates a post ignoring the fact that LSU's QB has exactly 2 career starts.
Oh yeah, USC's backup....has more career SEC starts than LSU's QB.
But that completely goes over Z's head.

Hoopster you are right.
Listen, USC has the best offensive line in college football, and it isn't even that close. They have a stable of running backs, WRs, and they actually use the TE.
Tebow is the best QB in the SEC, and Snead is second...I don't think anyone would argue those two. After that they are all the same. Not much difference.
ZBOIZ is telling us that a kid who has thrown exactly 73 career passes..and COMPLETED LESS THAN 50% is going to lead his team to some kind of special season...I ain't buying it and no one else outside of Louisianna is either, and better yet...Jefferson's rushing totals are exactly scary. He averaged 2.7 ypc on the 49 times he ran the ball.
Jefferson hasn't played against Alabama, Florida, At Georgia, or At Ole Miss.
Stephen Garcia from South Carolina (who is horrible) averaged 2.8 YPC last year.

LSU's defense at home last year was like a giant piece of tissue paper.
They gave up 52 to Georgia at home
They gave up 31 to Troy at home.
They gave up 31 to Ole Miss at home.
27 more to Alabama, even lowly Mississippi State managed 24.
Give LSU credit for one thing. They did bring in Chavis from Tennessee to fix things, but we will see. A ? goes to the LSU defense.

And Z...just so you don't think I am raggin on your Tigers...here is a third party examination of LSU, taken directly from Rivals:
BIGGEST PROBLEM: LSU needs better production from its quarterbacks than it received in 2008. The Tigers killed themselves last year with all the interceptions that got returned for touchdowns. Jefferson's late-season emergence ahs provided plenty of hope that things will change, but LSU fans must keep in mind that he only has made two career starts. On an offense that features so much talent, the lack of a proven quarterback is the biggest reason for concern. Jefferson might develop into the quality quarterback LSU lacked last season, but it's too early in his career to make that declaration now.
Hmm...."too early to make that declaration now".
Isn't that what most of us have been saying?
