We'll start with the Big East and for the second straight season the Big east Champion and BCS bid will be determined on the last week of the regular season. Cincinnati is a double digit favorite over UCONN, but play Saturday and have to wait to see how the West Virginia/South Florida game unfolds. Louisville is in the club house with a 5-2 conference mark. I three way tie at 5-2 sees each team with a 1-1 head-to-head record and the tie breaker goes to WVA since the second tie-breaker is best BCS ranking.

What are your thoughts? Does the Champion even deserve a top BCS bid?

Nothing against anyone or any conference, but YES, I can't see the Big East continuing to get the Auto bid. I have a colleague looking for any contract that mandates how long the Big East continues to get this bid. It is a conference of parity, but all three of the teams with potentially 5-2 records are a distant cry from the elite teams in the BCS Top-5.

So much uncertainty with the outgoing teams and new ones coming in next year. I'm willing to give them a mulligan on not being that strong this season.

As for WVU & USF, WVU made some key substitutions in the 2H against Pitt at RG/RT/P that paid off huge and all are now starting in this game. WVU has been digging themselves into a hole because of bad punting and not being able to establish the run in previous games, but they've addressed the issues and even though I liked USF initially, I now lean to WVU quite heavily.

As far as I can see the the big east has an auto bid into bcs bowl games thru 2015 any further than that I'm unsure of.

I think the current contract is good through 2013. Any changes will take effect starting with the 2014 season.

what you people do not understand is that sports betting is a long term investment, you do not win or lose overnight. Be patient, stick to a unit size and at the end of the year you are not up, then you might have an argument. Then again, it is your choice to tail someone or not and your money so look at yourself at the end of the day and decide who you should be really pointing the finger at.

I admit, those were TWO Highly 'INCORRECT' plays. wow.. I have vastly under rated both winners of these two games.

Now, the question to be asked and later today will be answered is 'Does Oklahoma State deserve to get a shot at LSU in the BCS Championship...? Should a non-conference winner be considered a better opponent than a conference Title holder.. After yesterday's dominating win, I strongly believe that Oklahoma State has EARNED the right to play LSU.

What are your thoughts on this? Why does Alabama deserve it?

It really should come down to best wins and best records however i feel it's gonna come down to who has the better loss. Bama kept L.S.U under control but Oklahoma state clearly has the better offense between them and Bama. Oklahoma state didnt have a cakewalk of opponents but neither did Bama both had a few weak teams to play if the computers picked clearly it would be L.S.U v.s Oklahoma state but alas you get the "experts " involved and they will probably put Bama back up for another shot at L.S.U ..unfortunate!!!.......spike.........

I will double check that bowl record fo you, BUT two bowl seasons ago, I had a 15-1 ATS result. That will never happen again honestly, but I have had just one losing bowl season in 18 years. I believe last year was bit disappointing hitting around 60% ATS. Still, quite good though.
