Cincinnati Bearcats are the worst team in D1 history
3rd and 10, they tip the ball to the receiver for the first down.
3rd and 11, they sack the QB but an offensive linemen does hands to the face.
They have like 60 yards of offense against a very mediocre Rutgers squad.
