This seems easy, why?:

Stanford, other than against, USC, has not lost by double digits in the last six games. Harbaugh has them playing scrappy ball--these guys do not quit.

This game is rarely a blowout. Stanford won last year when Cal had to have the game to salvage some respect. Cal tanked. Stanford can control the clock.

This season, Cal is sputtering and Tedford can't get these guys to flip the switch. Cal's offensive line is beleaguered and Cal can seem to only score on special teams, defense or a gimmick.

Simply put, Stanford is just playing better football and 9 is too huge. Maybe even look at moneyline on Stanford.

My lack of knowledge with the PAC 10 keeps me from playing this game but from the research I did I absolutely 100% agree with your take on this game.
