    As a 15+ year dice dealer in Vegas I'd BELIEVE anything on a craps table... I once saw six twelves in a row, saw a guy hold the dice for two+ hours and my personal favorite... a stripper who insisted on shooting the dice topless!

    The field is not a great bet but there are definitely worse ones. If you are playing on a game in downtown Vegas where twelve pays triple the house edge is like 2.5%. So if you are going to play the field in Vegas be sure to do it downtown as your odds are much better than on the strip.

    odds of losing field bet = 20/36 = 55.556%
    odds of losing field bet 16 times in a row = (20/36)^16 = 1/12144
