CENTREBET stoles 16,000 euro Casino winings
On 17 february CentreBet acc was locked after i won about 16 000 euro in the casino (slots) with my 200 eur **** deposit! .

I registred and made a **** deposit 200 eur and got an instant 200 eur bonus on casino (100% bonus available for my country) . played 2 hours and turnovered / staked over 8000 euro in total in the casino to satisfy the bonus requirements and won about 15000 euro on slots when I entered a bonus zone in the LA CHATTE ROUGE Slot . transfered them to sports and started to play there. then I sent them an email with my ID card and **** copies and said them that i want to withdraw a part of my winnings. after one hour from my email I was loged out by them from my account - and ACCOUNT LOCKED !

At the telephone in 15 mins they didnt told me a reason why they locked my account. They locked it beucase I won and won and won.

I have made screenshots of my account while playing when I saw I won ( +user data , account history , casino slot winnings when i won big amounts . I ve sent them my ID docs in order to verify my account and in one hour they locked it . they are not interested who won they just want my money.

I told them that I will inform all sites/ forums from my country and Europe about their abuse. All the day they didn’t answered to any of my emails . now I will try to contact the Australian authorities and inform them about my situation .

I don’t want to give up my money ! day by day i will call them, email them and denigrate them since they stoled me about 16 000 euro won from my 200 eur **** deposit.

Just avoid centrebet COM since they are the big scamers . Don’t put money there because if you win important amounts they close accounts without explanation. I made a complaint to their marketing dept but still nothing. I can argue my story with screenshots of my account data/ history , casino wins .

I am not sure if they deal with casino complaints but if you can take this issue further you want to take it to the Australian authorities as you would be more likely to rule in you favor. The IBS is a bit of a joke.

first Thank you for your llinks and help. i will write there too today.

they dont gave me an answer in 15 mins of talking with them at telephone. in they answer this morning they say bonus abuse OR bonus hunting ! they say OR ! they dont really know because it was no abuse . i played with my card and made a 200 euro in casino and played with 400. as i told i transfered the 15600 to sports after 2 hours playing slots. there i won also about 600 euro.. they said in an email this morning. why dont the give at leat 1 half of the sum
won with my money.?? they want to pay me 700-800 houndred euros instead of 16000. !!!!

Sounds like they are accusing you of having multiple accounts and abusing the bonus. You are not going to get far if this is true.

Dont have more than 1 account. I ve sent them my id + card copies . on the phone thay said that those are ok... they said it s just a decision of theyr casino dept and it wown t be changed.. i talked with a manager then and he said me the terms and cond that they can take the wiinings and the bonus when they want.. something like this.

i won 15 000 euro on one hand on slot ! i put the photo . afetr win won my balance became 18000 . i still played untill i had about 8 500 euro turnover for the bonus to be turned over.. so i can transfer / withdraw the bonus and winnings. they saw i won and closed the account.

Another idea came to mind, take your story to the media. Contact the Sydney Morning Herald, they are one of the major outlets in Australia and they might be interested esp if you send them your screen shots.
