2) I would much rather have luck than experience because luck comes before experience. Luck will get you money everytime and thats why it is called luck. Experience will help your odds and will come as you play... hopefully getting lucky.

the best method is to be experienced, but it all depends on what game your playing.Some games especially cards you can out manuver your opponent bluffs etc. Roulette and games like that are luck of the drawer.
