Ugh...Casinos will take all your money and then whatever you borrow under the delusion that you will win back your losses. Stay away my friend. It's not rigged, it doesn't need to be. The casinos have the edge as it is, you will get up a couple hundred but then you will lose it.
If the casino really was cheating you they wouldn't make it so obvious like putting a bunch of black 28's in a row. They would slowly grind you down over time giving you a few winning streaks.
The chance of one specific number coming out on any single spin is 1/37. The chance that it comes 28 22 28 28 28 36 is the same as any other 6 spin combination, and it is 1/(37^6).
My bad, I can see it was 28 22 28 28 36, so it would be 1/(37^5) or 1 in 69 million.
