Worth of playing on these rules?

Hi! In town where I live has two blackjack tables and I want to know are these rules good enogh to play.

There are 6 deck in use.
Can only double hands 9, 10 and 11.
    Can't double after split.
    Stand on soft 17 (A-6).
    No resplit after spilt.
On push bank wins but when both have blackjack or have 21 total I get my money back.
All I know about shuffle is that cards are shuffled by hands not in machine.

i really hope you aren't serious. ties 17-20 lose and you are talking of upwards of 9% house edge. stay far far away.

if you don't know that this game is unbeatable, you have no business counting cards.

Well then if shuffle tracking is possible is there any chance to beat the casino?
