Bwin instant play casino funds disappeared

Anyone have problem with bwin instant play casino. I was playing european roulette, I accidentally
closed my screen and opened it up again and my funds had gone down to a nil balance. After being stuffed
around and saying everything is ok, it still has not been resolved. I do not have any funds. Bwin have not
answered one of my 7 emails and only respond when I call. It's been nearly 10 days. I'm presuming i've lost the funds and they've lost a valued customer who's spent alot of money there.
