Default For those betting UFC tommorow

Heres a little christmas gift in April

3 fighters worth playing as underdog.
Matt Serra +400
(this is the best value i've seen since C Kongo was +500 vs Mirco)
GSP will get ko'd

Travis Lutter +300 - R Franklin will tap

Kalib Starnes +220 - Will outwork for win.

WOW...3 underdog that will pay.
Only suckers bet on favorites in mma!

I don't agree with your Serra pick, I find more value in taking GSP to win within the distance which I took at -284 and the last I saw was around -330. At +400 your break even point is Serra winning 20% of the time I think that doesn't offer any value, it is at very best fair value.

My money is on Lutter and Starnes as well, 2 very nice dogs that are extremely capable of winning.

I also wouldn't say betting on favourites is for suckers, I've made plenty of money taking favourites, you just have to be very selective and see through all the hype which at times is easier said than done but it can be done.

i agree with u 2 of 3. not on serra.

serra for a dog value is not bad at all! it's actually a very good value if not best but gsp is just too good for serra to overcome twice. it's true that he got beaten up last time and it was the biggest upset in ufc history - even serra admitted it! gsp will be focused more than ever on this fight!

no play for me as the line on gsp is just too damn high. it's not worth the risk imo. and i won't put money on dat loud-mouth mofo, serra. i just hope it's gonna be a good fight all in all. it's actually a win-win situation for all of us bettors if serra wins as it will dwindle down gsp's betting lines. works for me! there goes my betting personality! lol!

goodluck all!

Your argument is highly compelling. Maybe you should start another thread saying basically the same thing?

GSP is better than Serra, but Serra is at least in the same league. Laying 2 to 1 is probably a fair line for this fight. Laying 4 to 1 is just too much. Serra will be competitive and might even steal another one from GSP.
