    Default Keith Jardine +125?

Keith Jardine +125 against Matt Hammill -140? i know Jardine has lost his last couple but Matt Hamill? Hammill just slowly plods along winging telegraphed punches. Won't Jardine just keep kicking him like Franklin did? Yes? /No? --thoughts?

People said he would do the same against Bader but got completely destroyed! Hamill isnt much different from Bader...just slower but he has leg kicks - see Munoz fight! All it takes is one of his hayemakers to connect and Jardine will be crumpled!

Hamill should be able to take it to the ground pretty easily if he wants too.

Hammil can take it to the ground fairly easily if he wants too, but he's proven in the past to keep the fight standing even when he has a huge wrestling advantage. I have a feeling this fight will stay standing up for the most part and Jardine will have an advantage there. Hammil can easily win this, but it's hard to say what his strategy will be.

Correct me if I am wrong, but didnt Bader have a lot of trouble taking Jardine down. I thought it was an even fight one round a piece, when Jardine got dropped.

However, I think you have to give consideration to how weak Jardines chin has gotten. He gets dropped in nearly every fight. Even the Ranpage fight, he didnt get KO'd, but getting dropped at the end there probably coast him the fight.

I think Hamill may be slightly over valued, but it is hard to take a guy who apparently cannot take a punch anymore. The more you get dropped, the easier it gets.

Yep tht is true - Bader got 1 out of 1 takedown attempts in first round thn 1 out of 4 in second round. But he was never in trouble...was always goin to be a TKO or decision win for Bader. I wouldnt be surprised if Jardine got a decision win against Hamill...all depends on Hamills game plan. But I will never bet on Jardine with the chin he's got!

Agree. Hamill will take it to the ground and win it.

I will try to plug this into my system plays and see what the system says.

Agreed. Jardine's chin is quite suspect. It's undoubtedly the weakest chin in the UFC's LHW division.

Bet the house on Escudero...ive got him in a treble with Hamill and lil Nog. Lauzon has had a non-existant training camp going in to the fight and is going to be a mental wreck!

how is jardine going to handle hamill's wrestling? jardine and hamill might be equally matched standing but i htink hamill uses his superior wrestling en route to a UD or possible GnP TKO victory.

Hamill has superior wrestling, but he hasn't really used his wrestling skills in many of his fights. I'm not sure Jardine is the right play, but if it stays standing, Jardine should dominate. Unless Hamill says he's going to use his wrestling to win the fight, I don't think playing him is a strong play.

Jardine is a better striker, Hammil is a world-class wrestler but wants to prove he has hands. The difference is that my little sister could crumple Jardine if she caught him right. At this point, saying he has a glass chin would actually be a compliment. His chin isn't hard enough to be called glass.

I disagree, Bader is a much better wrestler, athlete, and even his stand up is par or better than Hamill's. Also, Bader is longer and has 1 punch KO power. Jardine is strong in the clinch and great at getting up from the bottom, he's going to wear Hamill down and as a dog this is a great look IMO.

Jardine is too up and down. He's very inconsistent, enough for me to stay away. The line looks tempting, but it's a plus for a reason.

i see jardine putting red marks up and down Hammil by kicks then just staying away earning a boring decision. to me Hammil doesn't seem to make adjustments during fights. i think he'll just keep slowly stalking jardine acting like the kicks don't hurt and being outpointed
