Strikeforce:Miami Live Thread
Just wanted to go ahead and start a thread for this strikeforce event tonight.
Lot's of big names. One of my favorite fighters, Nick Diaz. Cyborg, Herschel Walker's debut. Bobby Lashley's biggest test (which isn't saying much).This one's gonna be interesting.
I'll comment on the live event along with anyone else who feels like it. Anyone who doesn't have showtime, PM me, i know where you can watch it.

I pm'd you one a couple days ago. That's the one i'm planning to watch it on. it starts at 10 on that site. I guess that's when the main card starts.

If you go to that website, it's right there at the bottom of the page along with all the other 10pm (eastern time) live starts they have. i guess you'll miss the prelims. but it's on there for the main card.

That's strikeforce but it's an old matt lindland fight. Showtime might just be showing that until 9 when they start showing prelims. Or maybe atd won't have it until 10 when the main card starts. We'll find out in about 15 min. But i do know they'll have the main card for sure at 10. they haven't let me down yet.

Lashley wins by stoppage.
Sims comes in looking like a complete slob and is manhandled form the beginning. The ref mighta stopped it a bit early but it's not like sims was going to do anything.

Herschel looked like a seasoned. Honestly, that was ridiculous. His first fight ever? that's amazing. He showed skills in every aspect of mma. i've seen guys in the ufc who don't show that much well-roundedness.
All this being said. he was fight greg nagy. but still. very impressive.
