Mousasi says King Mo, DREAM LHW GP, HW in future....
http://mmajunkie.com/news/17715/with...er-options.mma
Also says he will retire at 30 which is easy to say now. He seems like a very intelligent disiplined guy though, so maybe he is serious.
Dont think King Mo is ready for him. Doubt we will see Mo all cocky and sticking his head out there with his hands down in this one.

king mo wins this fight 65% of the time.
see him capitalizing on some of the same flaws soko did in the first round against Mousasi

King Mo is a better wrestler and striker imo, I thought Mousasi was exposed a bit against sokoudjou, just that sokoudjou did what he does best and gassed

I tend to agree with illmatick. I'm not sure Mousasi would be able to get Lawal down. I like Mousasi and think he is a good fighter, but just a tad over-rated. I guess I would have to see a line. If Mo was a big underdog I would be all over it.

Would love to see how long King Mo stays conscious in a striking affair vs Mousasi... His best bet is to get it on the mat for some GnP.
Although, overall, I do agree that people are writing Mo off way to easily in this bout. He's no walk-thru that's for sure.

You're right, there is no way in hell Mousasi should be able to take down Mo. Mo is an awesome wrestler. I think Mo has more power on the feet, but technically i think Mousasi has the advantage. Mousasi also is a much better grappler/submission artist. I could see Mousasi tapping Mo from his back.
Another thing for Mo is that a fight against Mousasi would be a huge step-up is talent compared the guy's he's faced so far.
I think this fight is winnable for both guys, but i would flip illmatick's number around and say that Mousasi would win 65% of the time, and not Mo.

I think Mousasi has an advantage anywhere this fight goes. Only thing King Mo has is his wrestling, but I don't think Mousasi would have problems being on his back.

It is still kind of hard to tell where King Mo would stand as far as striking with Mousasi because Mousasi has fought far more talented fighters than King Mo. But I do agree that Mo would be able to take Mousasi down and there is no way Mousasi could take down Mo. But that is the only place I see Mo having the upper hand....(although that is a huge upper hand)

Mousasi is heavily over rated; He's been in top 10 p4p consideration! and to be honest I have no idea why, He's a solid technical fighter but nothing about him makes me go "wow" he looked timid against Sokoudjou in the stand up. Who has submitted with a top notch ground game?
The kid is young and could materialize into a great fighter but right now he's vastly over rated.
With that said, I don't see Mo winning this... I don't know why King Mo would try to take Mousasi down; Mousasi is best off his back and Mo hasn't fought anyone with Mousasi's ground game.
If Mo wins this he does so on his feet; Which is just a punchers chance.
As over rated as I feel Mousasi is he's still a class above King Mo.

He did not look great against Sokoudjou, but he has fought world class strikers (Manhoef) and world class Grapplers (Jacare, Babalu) and blown throw them.
I agree that Mo should try to stand with him since Mousasi so good off back, but Mo is realatively inexperinced and may revert to what he feels comfortable doing. Although, he does seem overly confident on his feet, for his mediocre striking skill set.

Hey man, go to youtube or google and check-out type fedor vs. mousasi. It's just a grappling exhibition but it's pretty cool to watch. Mousassi nearly got Fedor a few times.

Mousasi will win IMO. I initially thought Mo was nothing but a hype machine but he has gradually made me change my opinion of him. He does have skills, is multi-dimensional, and a great athlete. However, Mousasi is too polished for him. Mo needs more fights before taking on a fighter the calibre of Mousasi. I mean, who has Mo beaten, seriously?

Muhammad Lawal +175
