My Three UFC wagers This Saturday
Wilson Gouveia is at -115...and this is a steal...every MMA Gambler should pounce on this. Alan Belcher is a good fighter, but Gouevia proved in his fight with Nate the Great that he's tough as nails, can take heavy shots and is all around a tough son of a bi*ch. Wilson Gouevia might have won that fight had he not gassed in that incredibly fast paced match. I bet on Nate that fight I remember almost pissing my pants the first two rounds considering how Wilson stood in there with him.
Clay Guida is at +160 which is the only reason why I bet on him. There is good value in this bet...Kenny Florian is the more technically sound fighter, but Clay Guida with his non stop aggression, take downs and GNP (to others, LNP) can easily steal one or two rounds and perhaps sneak out a split decision.
Paul Buentello is at +105 against Stefan Struve. Why Buentello is the underdog is beyond me...but hell...I'll take this bet. Buentello is composed, technically sound and has a great jab (by MMA standards) Buentello won his last fight against "Baby Fedor" using his jab alone. Stefan Struve has a longer reach but that's the only advantage I see he has in this fight. Struve doesn't have the chin durability to take many shots and Paul Buentello will test it in this fight.
