"I'm going to come back to the UFC [to] finish my contract" i wonder how many fights he has left on his contract. I guess the Rashad fight will happen, but if he beats Rashad i doubt he'll get a title shot vs Rua/Machida if he has like 1 fight left. Might get put on a untelevised match like Arlovski did when he fought Jake O'brien in his last UFC fight

i really think page DESTROYS evans. Evans is not a good striker and he will not be able to get page down.

After watching the show this season, I don't care who wins, I just hope that they swing on each other and it's not just dancing around each other for 15 minutes.

Who is Rampage going to fight first? He can't fight Rashad right now obviously. Will he wait 3 months giving Rashad enough recovery after he fights Thiago? If he fights once before Rashad, all of the other contenders at 205 are already in a fight or they are injured. There are only a few things I can come up with if he does take a fight before Rashad.

Luiz Cane - They may not want to give a rising star back to back losses.
Antonio Rogerio Nogueira - Evans/Jackson losses its luster if Jackson losses to Nogueira.
Brandon Vera - Vera is a mid-level fighter who just lost to old man river.
Tito Ortiz - This makes the most sense.

tito would be a great matchup. I still think dana would rather see tito lose(their "old" grudge*) and that would be a bad matchup for tito imo.

White is looking forward to the main event of January's "UFC 108: Evans vs. Silva" to book Jackson's next opponent. White told MMAjunkie.com that if Evans can defeat Brazilian slugger Thiago Silva, the UFC president said he'll book the highly anticipated grudge match between "Rampage" and "Suga."

"I want to make that fight happen," White said.

White did not identify a targeted date for the potential matchup or reveal who Jackson would fight should Silva emerge victorious.

I feel like quadrupling my bet on Evans beating T. Silva. There is no way he loses this fight now because he wants to fight Rampage so bad.

Same logic could be used to say he loses the fight because he is over looking Thiago... regardless I hope he beats Thiago so we can see the "black on black crime" as Rampage would put it
