Morrison Tests Negative for HIV

A few months ago Morrison was suppose to be lining up a few potential big money fights, but being HIV positive nobody would allow it. Now all of a sudden there saying he don't have it after all these years.

Can somebody please explain to me how he's cured of this disease, because last time I check there was no cure for it.

I think with some of these drugs your blood can actually test negative after long periods of use. It is still there, but test we have aren't good enough to find it. If stops the drugs would show up again.

I'd assume that if he were tested positive for HIV he'd go for further tests to confirm it, but if not this could be that classic bayes theorem example.

I think he's claiming that the original test was a false-positive (i.e. incorrectly concluded that he had the disease). While this may be true, I find it hard to believe that anyone would take just a single test and then assume that they had the disease without having any other further tests in the next 10 years.
