I haven't seen eye to eye with other cappers before, but I've never had the same ill will towards anyone else, even when they humiliate themselves, because that's the nature of sportsbetting. No one is perfect.

But when some loser who lives in his mom's basement acts like he's god's gift to MMA betting and bashes everyone who disagrees, I have a genuine sense of Schadenfreude when he humiliates himself betting thousands & thousands on a TUF scrub.

C0cky pricks deserve to eat crow... Especially losers who live in their mom's basement in Minnesota. But I guess that's what the real high rollers do.

For the 800th time, post proof! If I bash "everyone who disagrees" with me, have such "ill will" towards other gamblers and act "like [my] sh*t doesn't stink," it shouldn't be hard for you to post some links to some examples or a screen grab.

The only other people talking about my personality in this thread have complimented it. You're the only one who claims I did all of these bad things. And now you're attacking more people for no reason.

All you do is go around attacking people and trying to trash their images. No one is coming as smug, cocky, or mean but you. You even admit that you enjoy seeing others fail. You continue to prove that you're nothing more than a jealous hater.

Luca dude could I ask for your take on cerrone/stephens and cormier/barnett ? Which way you leaning on these ones ?

  4. #284

At first I was amused at luca / wanna until I just looked through the thread and saw that your guys' banter has gone on for pages and paragraphs over nonsense... I'm not one to talk because I know I've been one to get into drawn out arguments on here over bs / nonsense and talk shit, but damn lol..

I myself, and I'm sure others too, cordially ask you both to shut it and quit bickering back and forth like some dramatic biotches.. Get over it fellas, its net beef, you both said your parts, and honestly you both look silly at this point. This thread has turned somewhat 'sherdogish'.. I think you're both solid mma gamblers / analyzers, so squash it and get back to discussing the fights.. Ya dig?

Will be betting a little on Cormier. He won me good money as a dog vs Big Foot, so I'm hoping he can do it again. Fight should be all stand up with Cormier's speed being the difference. If it's not going well for him, he can lay n pray Barnett. Josh is good on the ground, but not from his back -- he's all top position. i am concerned about Cormier's reaction when guys swing on him. He backs straight up, kind of panics and flails his arms. Still, I like him at around even money.

As for Cerrone/Stephens, Cerrone has had trouble with guys who are fast and can bang. He's also inconsistent. Njokuani, McCullough, Kelly and Diaz all lit him up in their fights. Stephens might be able to also and could replicate the performance over Sam Stout, where he dominated (yet somehow the decision was split). Donald has a great chin and can take a beating, but if he fights dumb, he'll lose. He needs to be patient and pick his shots, or take the fight to the ground. Anthony Pettis out wrestled Jeremy, so Cerrone should be abel to as well. If it does go to the mat, Cerrone should be able to tap him.

I'm either going to stay away from betting this fight or maybe bet Cerrone straight at -260 and Stephens by decision at +425. Cerrone is definitely the likely winner and can finish Stephens or decision him. But Stephens may be able to capitalize, and if he does, he'll win by decision, not stoppage. This way, if Cerrone wins, I break even, but if Stephens scores the upset, I make a small profit. I would be blown away if Stephens KO'd Cerrone's great chin, and we know Jeremy is limited on the ground. It's kind of like free money, but there is risk involved if something flukey happens and Stephens KO's him.

All I did was defend myself -- he's the instigator. He's been trying to trash my image for too long, so I'm done ignoring him. I had to finally put the stamp down.

As long as he stops making up lies about me, the argument will be over. I only reply to him.

I blocked him already. Anything he's posting, which I presume are replies to my comments, I can't control. The only reason I started talking about him, after I said in this thread that I was moving on last night from this feud, was Joshkrotchek making stupid assumptions about why I didn't like Luca, accusing me of having a chip on my shoulder.

I completely agree this is too played out. I really don't want anything to do with the kid. I'd like to move on and never mention him again; people should stop throwing flames on the fire because this whole thing is detracting from the TUF Live thread.

If he continues to bring my name up on here or keeps trying to smear me on twitter, that's on him. But I'm with you 100% MMAbetMASTA. No more of this bullshit.

If you didn't want anything to do with me, you shouldn't have bashed me on Twitter, the Sherdog forums and here. Don't go running your mouth if you don't want to start an argument.

I really like cormier in this one. I think barnetts takedowns have been severely overestimated. He took down rogers and kharitanov both have terrible TDD. Only chance barnett wins is if cormier gets a little too confident over comits on a punch and barnett ducks clinches and trips. Because this thing goes to the ground and cormiers only getting up after he's taped or the bell for the next round sounds. But the probability of that scenario is low in my opinion. I even think cormier can knock him out, his speed is a massive difference maker in this fight for me.

I like stephens against cerrone. I dont rate cerrones boxing ability. He punches straight, is predictable and lacks power. He also leaves his chin dangling. I've seen him be out punched before and I like a well rounded boxer against a guy who prefers to exchange kicks. He could take him down but stephens took down pettis. Cerrone has very good TDD though. If stephens can come out fast and close the gap use his superior boxing to knock the greg jackson game planning out of him I can see him doing well. A lot of ifs there. Probably will try to cover my a$$ somehow but I like stephens a lot in this match up.

$100 on Michael Chiesa @ +250 - many underdog won, and Chiesa is 9-0. I might add another $100 if odd goes up to +300

TY, but very upset with myself for missing (not seeing) a huge obvious LOCK bet - Straus vs Sandro fight. If I plan to do this for living, I can't let this opportunity pass me by again.

    I only have $200 on Straus @ +140 but lost $200 on Travis Marx. Bellator 68 : +$80....sob.

Isn't it weird how how a missed opportunity almost feels worse than a loss? I wanted to bet on Patino tonight but because of all the delay and stuff, I wasn't able to. He KO'd his opponent quick and now I'm bummed. I still mad a nice profit for the night off of Bellator, but that one missed opportunity burns so bad! Instead of being happy about making some quick cash tonight, all I can think about is how I should have made even more. Gotta move on, though.

You can't kick yourself over it. It will happen often and always hurts, but you gotta be a glass is half full type of person. Usually, missed opportunities happen because you weren't that confident in a bet. But you have to remember that it's better to play it safe and miss out on profit, rather than make a risky bet and lose money.

$50 on Chris Saunders @ +290 (I like Pichel but not paying the juice, would bet more on Chris Saunders if he didn't involve in a war with Sam Silicia)
$100 on Andy Ogle @ +415 (I pick Ogle at even odd, f*ck me! Why didn't I bet $250 at that odd)

Add $200 on Andy Ogle @ +376, I cap him at -120......Go Go Go Ogle, movement & counter and more movement, than unexpected TD around 4:00 minutes mark to close the round. Finger crossed.

    Or Michael McDonald.

Keep Barao vs Menjivar and then the winner can fight the interim BW champ while Cruz heals from ACL surgery... unless the BW interim champion plays the popular waiting game for the real belt.

  25. #305

I see that alot of dogs have been hitting so took a flyer with Ogle at +375....Not sure if I should do the same with Saunders....

Can anyone vouch for Saunders play?

  26. #306

I have a great deal more confidence in Saunders than Ogle. Ogle didn't look that great in his last fight and has terrible tdd, while Saunders beat one of the best guys in the house. And if remember correctly, Pichel was losing the standup in the first round against a wrestler with terrible hands. It was probably the threat of take downs but regardless, he wasn't near as impressive as Saunders.

  27. #307

Both dogs shouldn't be above +200, so they're a steal. I'm probably not gonna bet these fights, though. I've bet on two fights (Jury and Tickle) and they both lost... and every other fight I haven't bet on I had the right pick in. Shame...

Unfortunately, I actually think these two dogs are gonna lose, but at the odds I had to take a stab and hoping the trend of dogs coming through will hit in one of these fights... Like saunders more for reasons already stated in this thread. GL everyone

Tiny play on Saunders at +300. I think Pichel has fierce standup but Saunders is a survivor and a live dog.
