For the new year I've vowed to improve upon the disaster that was my record-keeping last year and figured that posting my picks here would help, while also providing an opportunity for some occasional feedback. I know a lot of these threads pop up so I apologize for adding to them, feel free to fade me, its probably in your best interest!

Nothing too big on this card for me, only some moderate leans. Ended up playing pretty small across the board.

UFC 142:

1 unit on Anthony Johnson (+130) to win 1.3 units
3.5 units on Rousimar Palhares (-350) to win 1 unit
1.68 units on Gabriel Gonzaga (-120) to win 1.4 units

Parlay: 0.662 units on Mendes/Aldo starts Round 2 (-892), Johnson/Belfort won't start Round 3 (-149), and Massenzio/Palhares won't go 3 round distance (-285) to win 1 unit

Still kicking the tires on Stout/Tavares and may put a flier on Mendes later.

Tavares at +240 live betting between 2nd and 3rd rounds.. Put a unit on it but obviously wont include in total.

3-3 +0.838 units.

Literally one second away from being up another unit if Aldo/Mendes starts round 2 hit, but wow what a finish!

Also had one unit on Thiago Tavares at +240 during live betting for a 2.4 unit profit that I wont count, but made it a little better of a night!

2.9 units on Eric Schafer at -145 to win 2 units

Possibly more to come, keeping an eye on the Camoes and Miller lines, but honestly don't see very much value in this card. Hopefully the props actually come out on 5d and there's some value there.

I'm in the same boat, been going back and forth on whether to double this one up or not since I placed it. I'm doing my best to control myself. Hope he doesn't make us look stupid!

He was already jacked during college, but has definitely thickened up since. I dont doubt that he could possibly make 185, but it would definitely be Rumble-esque and probably more of a disadvantage to him than anything.

Looking at Swanson hard now that he's a dog, also considering putting a good amount on Weidman with a possible prop bet on Maia as a hedge.

Not liking a whole lot on this card tbh, would have bet Caceres at the opener, but had some issues getting money into my bookmaker account. Keeping an eye on the Nelson and Koscheck lines as well.
