    17-4=13

    13x100=1300+150=1450

Add 1450 to the debt. Isn't it great to slide in extra rules after it's already been agreed to?

just kidding. I like to have my fun ; )

Converted a 10 point trivia freeplay.

Got disconnected from poker tourney with 13 left in 4pm today. Ended up 11th with 55 to roll, but should have been much better. :\

Was mostly from that good hand I won that I posted in your poker thread. I went pretty badly with that bundle before that.

Pretty happy with how rollovers have been going though.

Also have scored at least a 10 point freeplay from trivia the last 6 times in a row... one of those buggers will hit a good pay eventually! Amazed by that after not winning anything even once in many months before. Might even get confident and start going for the 60.

Got another ~500 coming to me soon between Thad's bets and Birdmanweezy too.

I might go big on Clemson too...

Think I'll kill this last 2110 points before you get any more interest now.

    Storing. LOL

Whilst you are feeling rich then I'll hit you up with what I have been thinking for once I get this done. Might be a bit rambley as it's mostly thoughts and not a real plan as yet.

I'm a shitty saver, and money has always burnt a hole in my pocket. But I quite enjoy this payback thing. It gives me a reason to play poker to win and, for me, makes the points feel a lot more like real money and I like the challenge. Makes SBR more interesting as well.

After doing this for almost 4 weeks I think I can average 3000 minimum earnings per month, and probably more, as the 4k+ I will likely have brought in first month of this loan hasn't come from anything really unusual apart from that last juicy poker rollover. Hopefully I'll also win a comp or two and make the poker World Team etc to bump that average up further.

That equates to about 3k in SB cash per year.

Another big plus for me is it gives me a reason to bet on a lot more things (with points) that I don't want to bet with real cash, and couldn't be bothered betting much with points before they so directly correlated to bankroll finds in my mind. So keeping up the same sort of points whoring routine will mean I'm only betting with cash on the 2 or 3 sports I'm actually good at rather than eating away at profit with those, like I did in 2011.

But the biggest plus of this idea for me is that I can start out 2012 pretty much counting on a total bankroll over the year of 3.5k (including my current funds)... which is more than triple what i would have deposited otherwise, so I feel happy to triple my usual unit size.

So I could easily see myself parlaying my free betpoints into 10k plus by next Xmas if I have a decent year on the F1/NASCAR. And I really like that idea. And like it a lot more just because it's done with points. I have the time and the goal seems achievable and worth it I think?

I have 2 options in mind.

    1) Loan me 12500 for 15000 payback over 10 weeks with 1% per week interest after that. I anticipate 16-18 weeks would be the maximum, but the primary goal would be to clear it before 10 weeks so I can repeat the process again.

This should give you 5000-7500+ points profit for the year.

This will let me buy $1000 5D cash now before the price rises.

    2) Act like my c redit ca rd provider with a rolling monthly loan that will be used for 2 x $140 SB cash each time.

This option should give you 2000+ points profit for the year.

Say on 1st of January you sent me 4000 points for 4200 payback before months end.

If I manage to payback the amount by January 27th. You send me another 4000 for 4200 due back by end of February.

If I only paid 3600 by midnight Jan 31st, you would only send me 2000 for February. Adding the previous 600 shortfall +5% more interest on it, would make 2730 to pay by end of February.

If I paid that off by 18th February, you would send me 4000 for 4200 due by end of March.

If I fail to completely pay off an amount 2 months in a row, we could come up with a penalty.

    That's what I'm thinking...

I'm pretty flush with points. Have like 4k plus stash owes me 3k which I'll hopefully have within a week or two.

Obviously can't lend 10,000+ points but I can do the rolling monthly one I think.

I think we need an anti-American clause stuck in here.

I'll ask downsouth what penalties he thinks are appropriate.

what can I say, watching SNL is boring.

As for that thread, yes Americans are doing a lot of whining, but I think it's understandable. Everyone wants to have a chance at winning the big prizes from the World Cup and Americans don't really have much of a chance. I probably wouldn't make it this time even if I wasn't American, given my zero points to this point, but others might, and it's annoying to see the World Cup advertised constantly, knowing that while your points would qualify you if you weren't American, you have a miniscule chance due to competing against hundreds of people.

I've actually seen non-Americans complaining in the past about trivia questions being "too American", which is a lot more shocking to me than Americans wanting to have a chance to qualify for this poker tournament.

SBR generally caters to its userbase (except in poker), and Americans do comprise the majority of users, especially pros.
