Yes, I have done everything. I did go to live chat and they told me to email Scott and he will help me. Hopefully that is the case.

Hope it works out, I just asked on live chat the other day and it was in there next time I looked (maybe 3-5hrs later?)

IMGV94 ... as of Tuesdsay AM, when the contest winners began being paid, your initial deposit had not yet been made. I'm currently inquiring on your behalf ... rest assured that your bonus will appear in short order, assuming your initial deposit and CRIS account details are in order.
