This deal goes LIVE on Sep 6, when you can all line up fer yer weekly dose of da Prick. If i catch any of you cheap bastages takin' shots, or tryin' to cheat, i'll send the goons from CRIS over to adjust yer attitude, then post yer info all over the 'net as the sorriest butt-pirate on earth

Mid entry as in after the season starts? Not for the season long prizes. Players are allowed to miss or pass on 2 weeks so you could start a couple of weeks late and still win season long prizes.

Players can join anytime and take a shot at The Prick for the weekly prizes.

well I got an error after entering in my betcris account...so hopefully i'm in the system....can you double check?

EDIT: You're good to go, Sergfro. It's possible that, because you entered so quickly after the signup process was announced, that your entry hit simulataneously with some database maintenance we were doing (cleaning out several test accounts). No worries ... good luck!

2nd step ok
3rd step clicked on it it directed me here so if thats what its supposed to do it went thru but if not itddint say anything like sign up complete or anything?

If you ended up back here after completing the signup process, then all was successful. The Prick will make his picks for Week One sometime between the evening of Tuesday, Sep 5 and the morning of Wednesday, Sep 6.

Once his picks are in, all contestants will be able to make their picks. So, check back here on Wedneday morning and look for the Week One - Beat The Prick Contest thread ... that's when the fun begins!

We're handling that through www.BeatThePrick.com ... If you make it to Step 3 of the registration process, then the registration was successful. We will also be verifying CRIS account numbers through that site in order to eliminate fraudulent and/or duplicate entries.
