questions regarding "beat the prick"
Hello forum,
I understand that one has to have a cris account before you can particpate in this event. I will be opening up and funding (most likely) a Cris account next week. If anyone wants to get a referral bonus off of this please let me know (I think they offer 10%). How much do you have to have in the account to particpate? Also, if you do get lucky enough to "beat the prick" once, can you particpate in the contest the rest of the season or not? Please post any other fine print that applies. Thanks.

My understanding is you need a Cris acct with $50 + in it to collect before being credited, so you could wait until after you win, and before Friday.
Multiple winning weeks are fine, I've hit twice so far, and expect at least 3 more, minimum.
I'm not sure how management feels about referrals offered on the forum.

I have much grander expectations for future wins.

No, there's nothing else you need to do except get Illusion your CRIS account # once you have successfully beaten that Prick.
And as Doug said, you don't have to have the CRIS account set up to enter the picks. Just get the picks in and you can worry about the rest later. Once you have won, you've got about 5 days to set that up before they deposit the winnings.
Mind you, CRIS is a good book to have an active account.
BTP is already closed for this week though.

Upon registering for the contest you had to provide your name and address. If you qualify for a weekly prize a check will be mailed to you.

As long as you are logged in under your handle I don't see why not. I wouldn't make a habbit of it though.

I don't want to be to tough on a newbie, but why would you bring back a thread that has a 2 year old post as its most recent post?
It must have confused some to read about the required Cris account that was the topic in '05 but doesn't apply now.
Next time, please start a new thread with your question.
