Fading the Yankees and betting home dogs are really not that esoteric a path to take. Many must've looked into it.

its hard to make yourself take home dogs when its san diego vs webb like last week, or nats vs hammels like tonite
its very hard to ignore the pitching matchups and remember home teams win most, or more, of their games
i never lay on the road, but its hard for me to take livan tonite vs lincecum
its very mental, its hard to look up and see a +200 and think, oh, they will probably win

Well that line moved from +176 to +150 on the Rockies so some took the plunge.
I do hear what your saying, but while I think it is a smart angle to take I would contend that you still have to pick and choose to be profitable and that blindly betting them all will end up losing you money.
