You're probably getting crushed by the books because of ideas like this! Why not take it day by day... play for value and make some money back.... being in a rush to "show the books who's boss" is like waiving a white flag.

do not like texas nyy or balt
i'd rather put big wood on a parlay like cubs and dodgers tonite
i already have a 5 teamer in the works
with twins chisox phils cubs and dodgers

texas-has been beaten up continuously by detroit
yankees i think are just in dissarray
balt looks ok on paper but bosox have been smoking them

i think overs on boston and tex are good plays
but i dont like to put overs in parlays

Well It's alot of factors! Weather, pitchers, righties or lefties, ball park, hot streaks and cold streaks, and line movements are some of the factors!!

Texas Over 11.5 , get it now because the books are slowly catching up to this line and bringing it to 12 some places!

Philly, all I was saying is not to chase! You said in your first post that you're getting killed by the books and now you are saying you can pick winners all day. You are contradicting yourself.

I love parlays and when I am UP I'll attempt to maximize my profit. You are DOWN and trying to kill the books. GL with that! And I never said to take chalk.. I said look for value.

Uh, winning $65 from a $100 wager is much better than being "..crushed by the books..." In three weeks you'll actually be up $1,365 A lot better than losing I'd say. If you "could pick winners all day long" then you wouldn't need any help. In general, parlays are for losers..especially anything more than 3 teams. You can win the same amount by betting the games individually unless they payout more than +101 each.

Personally, I only put money on one game per day. Since the first of August I'm up over $21,000 My first wager was $100. There are some people here with great advice and I would not be so quick to get defensive. Lying about how great your system is my saying that %80 of the time you get %75 right doesn't really do anything for you.

Yeah, I'm keeping track ....you didn't do it...you only hit 4/6 of them...that's %66 not %75. This must have been the %20 of the time that you don't hit %75 of your picks.

That's why you lose, you post some smack talk in the second inning and you don't think. "Winners all day long"

Don't take my advice if you don't want to. I gave you some good pointers, you got defensive and forgot how you started this thread by talking about how much you are LOSING!
